Hi i’m Zach! I am currently a second-year massage therapy student at ACMT in Red Deer and with be graduating in August 2026.
I grew up in Sylvan Lake playing high level sports such as hockey and lacrosse. Through sports and dealing with injuries of my own I realized how important massage is to keep your body performing at an elite level. Growing up as an athlete I liked deep tissue and therapeutic massage as I found these types of massage therapy to provide the most beneficial results. It was through my own experience that I gained an interest in the complexity of the human body and the desire to help other people be able to live day to day feeling and performing at their best.
I have a specific interest in working with other athletes to help support them being able to meet the high performance demands of their respective sports. As I grow as a therapist I want to continue to learn and add to my practice by including modalities such as trigger point therapy and cupping. A future goal of mine would also be to further my education and become an athletic therapist.
After being an athlete himself, completing 2 years of study in Kinesiology, and nearing completion of his Massage Therapy Diploma Zach is able to offer tailored treatments and treatments plans to have his clients feeling and moving their best.

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m currently a second-year massage therapy student at ACMT in Red Deer, where I’m building a strong foundation in therapeutic and relaxation massage. My goal is to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) specializing in relaxation and fascial work, and I’m excited to continue expanding my skills by exploring other therapeutic techniques as I grow in my career.
I’ve always been passionate about natural healing and helping others feel their best—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Massage therapy felt like a natural path for me, combining my interest in holistic wellness with hands-on care. I’m inspired by the way massage can reduce stress, ease pain, and create space for people to reconnect with themselves. Becoming a massage therapist allows me to bring comfort, relief, and balance to others, and that’s something I find deeply rewarding.
When I’m not studying or practicing massage, you’ll find me playing guitar, exploring nature, traveling the world, or diving into my interest in herbology. I believe in a natural, holistic approach to wellness, and I bring that passion into every session.
I look forward to helping you unwind, reset, and feel your best—one massage at a time
